7 Days of Stillness is an invitation to slow down and turn within. The idea for this space emerged from the intention to create a conscious counter-movement to the often hectic pre-holiday season. I’ll be offering free 15-minute morning sessions, guiding us into gentle connection with our breath, body, and inner world from December 15 – 20.

YOUR INTENTION

If you want to take charge of how you experience this time of year, if you are craving a refuge from the noise, if you want to create a foundation of calm, care, and gentle self-leadership that you can carry with you into the holidays—this is for you.

No prior knowledge of meditation or somatic practice is needed.
