This 90-min somatic business coaching session serves to resolve one immediate obstacle, unlock clarity, and provide you with a structured path forward.

How it works:
Step 1
Reserve your spot by booking below.
It’s 260€ for a 90-min coaching session via Zoom, held in English or German.
Once you’ve booked, you receive a questionnaire to fill out, and we schedule the session.
Step 2
Within your session, we’ll delve into what’s holding you back, untangle any mental or emotional blocks, and guide you to a place of confidence and readiness to move forward.
Step 3
After the session, you’ll receive a recording of the session, a 3-step action plan, any of my resources that might be beneficial, and one week of email support.
Somatic Business Coaching means the session won’t just focus on strategy and mindset—it also includes body-based practices. We might use somatic work to resolve emotional blocks and reconnect with your intuition, or incorporate music and movement to tap into joy and confidence. Don't worry, we’ll address this in the questionnaire you complete ahead of time. Nobody will be forced to dance. ✌️
